As humankind, we are on a makeshift boat and we have now to tell our peers that we are drowning. The climate crisis seems to have now attracted the attention of many major institutions, but this is still not enough. Without a clear vision of our landscape, all commitments are, or will, be abandoned. The real question is: where do we begin to go further together as a species, when the biggest problems are still to come?
From one side of the planet to the other, we are witnessing the work done by our partners on the ground from distant regions and conflict zones, who have been taking bold stands for decades and are followed by those who accept their potential and keep their commitments. We can no longer stand aside in the face of the profound challenges that await us all. We must embrace this power of human and economic inertia, to understand that the global and environmental crisis is an opportunity to adjust and adapt sooner than expected.
Our conference at Climate Week NYC in parallel of the opening of the United Nations General Assembly last week, featured Karol Meyer, not only an executive financier but also an 8-time world record holder in freediving: Who better than an oxygen specialist and an outstanding educator to speak with legitimacy about the wise and rational use of resources, individually and globally for this generation and those to come.
In this very special transition, we proudly announce our partnership with Karoline Meyer to further accelerate transcontinental provisioning through innovation and climate diplomacy.
